Mythological Therapy is the use of cultural stories to display the human behaviors that reside in each of us. Modern Astrology favors Greek and Roman mythoology which is woven into the collective consciousness through our relations to the cycles the planets in our solar system.
This 90 minute virtual group meets once a week for 10 weeks. Each coaching session focuses on a myth associated with a planet. Participants will explore their personal experiences associated with the myth of the week and have self-improvement wellness homework to co-incide with each theme.
